Working life is more suffering than study life..you will face alot of cases which you dont like ..haiz..I will more prefer back to study life..I can meet all my frens everyday ,keep on chatting with them,and so on...Bsides that,study life nonit wake up so early too...hahaz..

Actually working at Hp will let you gain alot of experience ,know more about IT, know about social life and so on ...Im happy working at HP because i get to know alot of frens like Michelle, Jyne, Joanne, Eric ,Kinyang, Kk, Angie,and My senior <---Nurul ( My babysister) ,Justin ( My ITS buddy),Jamuna( Nice lady) ,Sherryl( Team leader)........So I feel more happy share the time with them rather than working and everday sitting there answer the call.. Sitting cause me more fat and easily get bored...:}p

Holiday ..Holiday..this is the day we waiting ...
5.30pm time to go home...

Everyday when we step into the KLCC, we will hope to GO back sharp at 5.30pm and NO more OT and Training and Briefying....
1 week before the holiday we will start planing where should we go for enjoying our life and give out all the stress after a long term working!! we will go here ..go there..and hang around..really miss the time with you all guys..I gotta miss all of your soon after I leave KL and HP..Hope we can keep in touch oh ...""'

The bad moment at HP....

Huh...what type of customers is this ..especially when you talk to the ********* customers..
They really really very Kia Su want lo...So frustrating with them...Abit abit abit Complaint or want talk to the Boss..they thought they are who wor ?? siok siok siok can talk adi wah ah ..The boss no other thing to adi wan izit ..you think they always sit there and wait for your call ah ..
if like that what for we need a Call Centre...Swt ## Yesterday and today i meet a Super Duper Crazy and Cruel customers..They are cool blooded..They wont stand at urside and think of you and know who you are..They will just burst out all the tempered towards you ..Not fair rite ...They are so scare to lose smtg example what they want we cant offer for them ,then they will shout like hell .. UhUh..they thought who we are ?? we are human being oso am..They are so horrible and terrible ..After shout at you ..they will say sOrry to you ..but No point ..Want scold samo want say sorry ..for what ?? is useless...They treat their kids like PRINCE or PRINCESS ..whatever they want sure get it for them de..If cant get You watch out lo...
********* customers really very irritating..taK faham bahasa at all..Keep argue although they are wrong ..I know as a customers you have the right to ask everything ..but please at our side and think of it .. we are human also ..Please improve with your silly attitude !! dong ..Uh,..Swt
